Aileen Turnbull
VP, MedTech Quality
As vice president, MedTech quality, Aileen Turnbull is responsible for ensuring product quality within the Abiomed business of Johnson & Johnson. She has worked at Johnson & Johnson for more than 20 years, starting as a quality engineering plant manager. She was promoted through roles of increasing levels of responsibility at DePuy Orthopedics and Johnson & Johnson, becoming director in 2011 and vice president in 2013. Throughout her career, she has driven improvements in processes, products and services.
Prior to joining the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, Aileen worked at Tyco Healthcare as a research and development engineer, then as a plant quality manager in the Sharps Safety division in California.
She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from Boston College.
